to tell the truth,i had been purging for last month till today everytime after i ate foods/meal.i feel so bad to myself.my currently weight now is 54kg/118~119 pounds and my height is 162 cm. i`ve been desperately want to lose weight and burn off my body fats.my dream goal is 41 kg.
tell me,what is your good advise and answer when i go for an oolong tea diet plus with exercises without eating but just too little for a week or two?or maybe a month?
please..i want to lose my body fat and weight..=}

First of all that is not a healthy weight for you and the way you are trying to lose weight isn’t healthy either. So many people want to be skinny. I’ve realised after all this time of my weight going up and down that I no longer want to be skinny but I want to be healthy and look good. To be healthy you need to be eating lots of small meals throughout the day. Eating your 2 fruits and 5 vegies, healthy snacks like carrot and cellery sticks or nuts and seeds. Healthy lunches and dinners like rice, lean meat and lots of vegies. Think about why you want to lose the weight and if you are being healthy- getting everything you need in a balanced diet. Also make sure you drinking at least 2L of water a day and being active for at least 30 mins a day. Please look after yourself.
