Oolong/Wu-long tea taste bad…?

February 27th, 2008 · 5 Comments

I have never been a fan of tea, but when I heard about the Oolong tea diet, I thought I try it. It has been very effective, I lost 6 lbs in one week. I have tried everything, with milk, lemon, honey, vanillia, etc and I still hate it. I guess this is a two part question:

1. Does anyone have a good recipe for oolong without adding a pound of sugar?

or

2. Can I eat the tea instead or take it in pill form to avoid the horrible bitter taste?

the lighter the tea the less bitter it tastes. or you can change to green tea. there's pill form plus you can mix anything with it and it"ll taste good.

Green Tea works good for weight loss too. I believe I've read of studies that's said it's more effective than oolong tea.
Adding honey is certainly more healthy than white sugar…and I think it tastes better. When I first started drinking tea I tried to doctor it up too…and it was NASTY. I mean make me puke nasty.
So I tried it STRAIGHT…. and it is a million percent better!! So..try it alone, or let the tea bag sit for a little less time to make it weaker.
*I've taken green tea pills too and they have a taste too…

Hmm. . . .well, i like oolong tea so . . . .i didn't know there was a diet. how does it go? do you just drink tea and that's all . . . cuz that would make anyone loose weight, LOL. j/k
uh, try adding nutrasweet or splenda
      OR
use more water and less tea. when it's light in color, I heard that it becomes naturally sweet.

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). My patients have seen fantastic results with this particular Hoodia.

I never know you can add vanilla and milk to oolong tea :)
Have you try osmanthus or rose oolong?

I wanted to ask you to try pu-erh for slimming as Victoria Beckham use the same type of beverage (pu erh) but it taste stonger than oolong. If you are keen, you can check out those pu erh at http://www.teacuppa.com
