My instructions said I could but the pharmacist thought it was weird. Also, how did you feel afterwards? I’m also having an endoscopy.

The Dr.’s instructions count a lot. In any case, try to get ahold of the office to confirm. I thought the whole thing went very well–I didn’t have any polyps or diverticulae! Just a little woozy from the anesthia stuff. What was hard was not the colonoscopy, it was the day before and all that stuff I had to drink. And then go to the bathroom often that day. Good luck–it’s worth it!
