Buy a lemon balm plant. make your usual tea with a couple of leaves from the plant infused in it.Tastes really nice, is a lot cheaper & is VERY relaxing. You can keep the plant on your kitchen windowsill

A cup of hot water with some home grown mint leaves in. Delicious. You can also vary it by growing spearmint and lemon mint too.

Its nice having a hot bath with mint thrown in too.

Twinnings raspberry & echinachea is lovely and fab at this time of year as it helps to build your immumne system to stop getting all of these nasty coughs & colds that are going round.
Personally, I just love Earl Grey tea (but I also love a nice, big glass of wine - remember, everything's ok in moderation).

Classically the most relaxing tea is camomile. The only problem can be that it's a diuretic, so if you drink it before bed you might have to get up in the night to use the toilet.

I find Rosehip tea wonderful, along with Spearmint tea.

I also have a blend of Passion Flower, Chamomile, Spearmint, Hops, Lemmon Grass, and Rose Petals…
It’s wonderfully relaxing, but I’m not really a fan of the taste.

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), once called venereal diseases, are among the most common infectious diseases in the United States today. More than 20 STDs have now been identified, and they affect more than 13 million men and women in this country each year.

I find camomile to be the best, also sprinkle some Lavendar oil on your pillow at night or carry a hankie with some sprinkled on it that you can sniff throughout the day.
