What i mean by this is the new study that came out saying that adding milk to tea cancels out the health benefits of tea. Im trying to ask if you drink milk shortly after drinking tea, will that same effect happen (once it gets together in your stomach)
Antioxidant-wise

Having skimmed or semi-skimmed milk is good for you, in a glass by itself, with cereal etc. The calcium aids your body and boosts metabolism.
It is the high levels of fat in full-fat milk that make it so bad. Thinner milk in moderation is definitely a good thing.

Tea with milk is not bad for your health and neither is cereal with milk.

tea is bad for your health. not the milk or the cereal. caffine is a type of drug that people are addicted to. it can cause heart problems & even certain cancers. herbal tea is ok…but not regular tea…or coffee.
