But I heard that it can really wake a person up and give them energy. I don't like alot of caffeine so that kind of freaks me out. Does it make you all hyper like coffee does?

Oddly enough, I see this question just as I have a bag of Bigelow's green tea sitting in front of me! (What are the odds?) The package says 'decaffeinated'. That would lead me to believe ordnary green tea does contan caffeine. However, I do know most tea has comparatively little. It's not like coffee. The main assest, according to my little package is the antioxidents in Green Tea.
