I am going to a wedding with my boyfriend on September 20th, and I would love to lose about 20 or 30 pounds by that time.
I eat two meals a day. I cut out most of the junk food, and have been eating more fruits and vegetables instead of chips or ice cream. I just started taking Mega-T Green Tea weight loss pills today.
How much weight do you think I could lose by eating the way I am, taking the pills, and doing 400 sit-ups and 200 push-ups?
Also with that, how can I tighten up the muscles in my stomach so it is not flabby, without surgery?
Please help if you can.
