Don't try anything called "Ultra Lean Green Tea Mix".
If you want to consume green tea, consume REAL green tea.It has awesome health benefits that diet supplements cannot compare to.
And there is no fast miracles. If there were, nobody would be fat!
In most of those supplement plans ,diet and exercise are recommend which would help you lose weight anyways.
True, Green tea can help your metabolism, but there are not quick fixes.
And DON'T click on the site that the poster before me left.It is SPAM.

I am a cyclist that burns roughly 1,000 calories a day just through cycling. I consume about 4,000 calories a day. Oddly I lose weight during season. I also took green tea and possibly lost more this season. Maybe its the green tea. Maybe its because of exercise. I think its the exercise. But I did take green tea. I dont know what else it does. I took it just to be healthy.

I never used it. Green tea is supposed to be good for weight loss. A good work out and eating healthy is the best weight loss method I’ve found.

I drink green tea twice a day, not only does it curb your eating, it is good for you. You still have to eat right and work out. Fad diets don’t work, changing your eating habits does.
