olong Tea contains caffeine in nature, generally less than black tea.
It can be decaffeinated (removing most of the caffeine).
As a rule :
· Decaffeinated tea is not caffeine free. It still contains up to .4% by dry weight caffeine content.
· The longer the tea leaves have fermented, the greater their caffeine content.
See this helpful link. http://www.stashtea.com/caffeine.htm
The green tea is about the same as in regular black tea which is generally about 1/3 as much per serving as a coffee
