I asked this 10 mins ago, no meat. no fish, just as above,
but will i still lose wieght with the bottle of red wine,
can I get a low fat red wine?

Leave out the mayo. Balsamic vinegar is way better tasting than wine but neither has fat in them.

alcohol itself has calories, a glass wont kill or make you gain more weigh, but a bottle could. Here is a salad that i eat all the time: lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, brocolli, bell peppers and corn, with light olive oil (the dark one is too bitter for me), lemon and just a bit of salt, it fills me up a lot and does not make me hungry afterwards. You can't just live on salads though to lose weight. Eat more often, small portions, every 2 hours if possible, e.g. breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. It works!
