I know my dad drinks a lot of green tea and is always trying to bring it to my house. So that would be my guess.

I believe green tea is the best. It is good against cholestrol and the heart.

green tea or oolong is the best.

oolong- it can help you release all the poision in your body and make a fresh start for you

green tea- it is a herb remember! it allowes all of the fat inside your body to be in your urine, therefore being the best choice for the day!

All of them are good for you, but black tea is processed the most (fully fermented), so it has less anti-oxidants than the others.

Oolong tea is processed half-way between green and black teas (partially fermented). It is a very nice choice for daily drinking because not only is it healthy, it also has a mild flavor and is easier on one's stomach than green or black teas.

Green and white teas are least processed (unfermented). They are dry-fried and baked just once. They have the highest health benefits in terms of anti-oxidants and least caffeine. Some people will tell you that white tea is slightly healthier than green, but I am not sure that has been studied scientifically enough to state as fact. White tea is picked from the small unopened buds, making it more expensive.

Green and white are quite similar, so really, it's a matter of taste. Most green teas have a grassy, slightly bitter, or slightly smoky flavor. White teas are very subtle in flavor, sometimes even a tiny bit sweet. Yellow tea is another option, being a form of white tea.

Chinese medicine recommends different teas for different health conditions. Green tea is said to be detoxifying. You should never take your herbs and vitamins with green tea, for instance, because it can reduce the potency of them with it's detoxing effect. It is also said to be "cooling," so is great in the summer or for people with "hot constitutions."
Red (black) tea is "warmer" because of its additional processing. It is said to be better for people with weaker stomachs. Items that are too "cooling" or "cold" can further injure weak stomachs. The English tradition of adding milk to black teas makes it even more soothing on the stomach.
So all the teas are beneficial for our health. The most beneficial one for you depends on your constitution. I think most people can't go wrong with a nice Oolong. As for myself, I've worked on a farm producing a tea with yellow-green characteristics, so that's what I drink everyday. You can call me biased, but I think it's the best tea I've ever tasted, and I've been quite the tea fan for a long time.
