Scientifically, there is only one green tea. However, tea bags and other whole herbs vary in their ingredient content depending on when and where the plants were picked, how they were grown, and how the leaves were handled after harvest. In my own laboratory research I have found a wide range of quality. Some products have an abundance of EGCG and caffeine and other stimulant alkaloids. Other products have very little. If you want a standardized dose of ingredients so you can follow your weight loss results, you almost have to use extracts that are available as supplements, in capsules, with a good supplement facts label that tells you how much green tea extract it contains.

I think so, but I don’t know since I don’t have the regular kind. I ordered my green tea from http://myultragreentea.com which is a special one for dieting. It has been awesome so far, I have so much more energy and I am starting to lose some weight too!

If you’re serious about losing weight you MUST try Acai Berry! I first heard about on Oprah, and I ordered a 14-day FREE trial from this site. I’ve already lost some weight and I’ve got tons more energy.

Regular green tea has some health benefits, such as fighting free radicals, but it is not some miracle fat burner. You will need to try other products that have supplements in them to curb appetite and burn fat if your goal is to lose weight

Regular green tea is healthy and great for you, so you might not need a weight loss supplement. If you replaced a bad meal (junk food) with green tea, then you would eventually lose weight.

Green Tea is a product that has been growing in popularity for a couple years now. Typical of ancient herbs from the Chinese culture, Green Tea is loaded with healthy nutrients like antioxidants that will give you energy, assist with weight loss, and fight a number of diseases.
Now we have an even better product called Enhanced Green Tea. Just 1 serving of Enhanced Green Tea contains as much nutrients as 1 gallon of brewed green tea.
Studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat. One study confirmed that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in overweight and moderately obese individuals. Some researchers speculate that substances in green tea known as polyphenols, specifically the catechins, are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect.
The benefits of green tea are numerous. In fact, if you were to go to PubMed.com and do a search for green tea, you’d find over 2,000 studies performed on green tea and its components (eg, EGCG, theanine, vitamin E, etc…).
Possible benefits are being investigated for weight loss, cancer prevention, antioxidant activity, cognitive enhancement, general good health and well being… and the list goes on and on.
You can order a free trial of Enhanced Green Tea from the source link below. So far all I’ve heard is that the Enhanced Green Tea supplement is helping people to feel great. It provides more energy and antioxidants than you would normally get from drinking cups of tea all day.
