Ordinary tea, organic if you prefer and without milk.
I like to drink darjeeling.

What I would do is take some ginger and ginseng root and boil it down really good and mix it with some of your favorite tea, it’s a very good stimulant without bad effects.

Very good suggestions so far. I would recommend a green or black tea and giseng root. You can mix in a little sugar to help with the flavor if needed. Part of the problem is that with ginger and ginseng the taste may be unpleasant, and in that case a custom blend would be better. We offer a tea called "EnergiTea" that has a good, natural, and safe blend of Green tea, rooibos, ginseng root, linden blossoms, rose petals, and lemon and orange granule with lemon orange flavor. The name says it all. A crisp green tea with a lemony orange taste that is perfect as a pick-me-up.
