honey is a great idea, it has vitamins, minerals and healthy enzymes that aid in digestion. honey has antioxidants and natural sugar. It is much better to use honey than sugar or sugar substitutes that are full of chemicals. honey is also known to increase metabolism b/c of the enzymes. and… honey tastes great! esp in tea.
just be careful, honey has 60 cals in one tablespoon.

YES!
honey has many benefits attached to it. that and youre not taking away any of the vitamins and minerals from your herbal teas.
what you should NEVERRR do is use sugar! its got no healthy values just calories.. making it “empty” so to speak. honey is a gd idea though so go 4 it

Go ahead and sweeten it with honey. It's good that way. Honey also has great antioxidant benefits, and it's not a nasty processed white sugar. I enjoy honey too. =)

My opinion? Plain is better, add honey only if you need to. But if you’re interested to see what millionheads thinks - go to http://www.millionheads.com and ask your question there to tap the collective wisdom of crowds. You’ll get a pie-chart back giving you a definitive answer, rather than a bunch of opinions. Good luck!
