i started taking green tea on tuesday YESTERDAY!
and i wont be dieting i will just eat less and healthier but i will have one good regular meal once a day!
i will be drinking more water also and less to no junk food so can you give me an ESTIMATE of when ill see results of looseing weight?
oh and ill be walking a few times out the week no excersicing im in no hurry to loose weight so fast i want to take my time so i wont be flabby
