In Boston there is a place called the Super 88 market that has it…not sure if there are any in Chicago. Check for local asian grocery store.

Buy Oolong Tea
If you want to buy Oolong tea, you have the option of many different varieties from around the world. Most of the well-known varieties come from China, as Oolong is Chinese in origin. (In Chinese, the word Oolong means "black dragon.") Interestingly, Oolong tea is neither black nor green, but somewhere in between.

Out of the many tea sites I've tried I have the best experience with Adagio and Dragonwater. For more info on all things tea you can ask around the TeaChat forum, there are a lot of resourceful posts and people there.
