Where can I find a top of the line tea set, preferably made in England?

My grandmother’s 70th birthday is Saturday and she was born and raised in England. She still drinks her tea everyday and I want to buy her the nicest tea set I can for under $200. I want one made in England, or at least in English style, but I know nothing about the best companies or the best types of china and what kind is the nicest. I want to buy her the nicest I can b/c she has pacreatic cancer and may not live much longer. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
