Where can Wu-Yi oolong tea be found in Japan?

How would it be labelled? Would it be in the tea section of grocery stores along with the basics?

    Wu-Yi is written 武夷 (bu-i),
oolong tea is written ウーロン茶 or 烏龍茶 (oolong cha) in Japanese.

You can buy regular oolong tea in the tea section of supermarkets or convenience stores.
For weight-loss purpose or diet, you can buy specially blended oolong tea or other teas at chemist's or drug stores.
