I would think oolong has more antioxidants, but green tea has a lot of vitamin E and helps maintain energy during workouts. Not sure about removing fat though… exercise is best.

They both help lose weight, but through different pathways. It is still too early to tell which works better, but green tea has more solid scientific weight behind it.
They taste quite different - so at the end of the day it really is a matter of personal taste.
For fat metabolism, I think green tea has a lot going for it in term of scientific studies.
The best green tea for weight loss is the loose green tea - the second link will show why.

Oolong tea contains more polyphenols than black or green tea. Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants that protect you against different health problems and diseases. Besides they enhance the metabolism to speed up weight loss and improves overall skin tone. A cup of oolong tea has nearly 50% less caffeine than a cup of coffee.
