Whole Foods near you might sell "Smooth Move" and people have told me that works.

You don't even have to go so brand name to get the effect. If you walk into an Asian market, then go to the tea aisle, you will see about ten different brands of laxative type teas. I bought one that was called, "Ballerina Diet Tea". Worked fine.
Please make sure you drink plenty of water during this time, as laxatives may tend to dehydrate you if you are constantly "going."
And please make sure you are doing this for the right reasons, and not simply because you want to be thin. It doesn't work THAT well, and its irritating taking a shit every so many hours. And its more like diarrhea.

I live in California and we have what are called GNC stores, but not sure if there are any in New Jersey or the East coast for that matter. Sorry.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
http://www.fun-diet-easy.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
