i posted a bullitien like this before but all i got was " YOU NEED TO EXCERSISE DUMB THEY WONT JUST DROP WEIGHT IF YOU DONT EXCERSISE" but its my fault for not claryfying.
i do 45 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week. plus im going to start jogging in the morning. i eat pretty healthy. no animal products just all soy. i indulge here and there but who doesnt?
will chromium, green tea extract and calcium supplements all speed up my weight reduction process? what does each supplement do? how long am i looking at (with my supplemnts, cardio and diet) to lose 10 lbs? yes. i know i have to make it a life commitment. and im pretty sure i well. its funner beign healthier ang looking good and i want to my whole life.

I compliment you on your exercise regimen but please be careful with Green tea because it has been found to not be all that it is claimed to be

Green tea acts like a speed because of the caffeine. It boosts your energy and makes you feel full. It is actually fairly safe compared to most other pills people take to loose weight. I didn't know calcium was helpful for weight loss? That is new to me. I would take a look at the supplement section at a local health food store. They will usually have some knowledgeable staff that can help you. Watch out for Ma Huong and Ephedra products as they have been linked to heart disease and high blood pressure. Be patient. The longer it takes to drop the weight, the longer it will stay off. Supplement your cardio with some weight training. Muscle will burn fat faster than cardio because it actually boosts your metabolism. Plus a little variety will help you keep progressing rather than hitting a stand still. Your exercise routine, plus a low dairy and low sugar diet is everything you can do for now. Good luck!
