why do i break out when i drink green tea??

  it should be taken at certain amount and only once a day…it may result to dehydration…when i drink them i also lost some energy,..so i drink them at least 3 times a week

  Sometimes the purification qualities in the tea cause certain reactions. I ' d try it a while at about a cup a day and give it up after a couple weeks if it doesn't resolve itself. We are strange people , us humans, and we all have different reactions to different things, sometimes we get an allergic reaction to things.

  YOU MAY BE ALLLERGIC TRY SOME OTHER TYPE OF TEA LIKE NETTLE ITS NICE TOO

  my best guess is you have an allergic reaction to green tea. although its an antioxidant which is meant to cleanse the body from the inside..your body seems to be responding to these anti-oxidants in a negative way.Avoid drinking it for a while and observe any changes.if your still breaking out i recommend you see your doctor.

  Green tea causes your body to purge itself, it may be purging your body of specific nutrients that keeps your body from breaking out. Try taking MSM, a sulfur compound the body uses any number of ways, including, fighting acne.

  It may actually be that Green tea is actually stimulating your body to purge itself of junk, which in turn triggers your pours to get active and therefore you are getting acne.
