I absolutely LOVE this tea, but it makes me have diarrhea. Also, my stomach hurts before, but after I use the bathroom, it feels so much better. Is this normal ?

because its a laxative-thats what laxative means
you shouldnt drink it unless your constipated. Its not good to take laxatives if your ok

the feeling u get is completely normal. ur prob getting diarrhea cuz maybe u drink just a tad more than the recommended serving size.

Do yo not understand what laxative means? This is very normal. This is what laxatives do. You should not use it if you do not need it. If you are regular and not having any problems taking care of business then there is no need to drink this.
