I start drinking green tea thins week, I read so many good things about it that I wanted to try but it gave a big headache and I started feeleng sick after drinking it.
I drink other teas very often, Camomile, black, apple tea etc, Ive never had thins reaction to a tea.

It may be just a coincidence. Wait a few days and try it again. If it is decaffeinated and you are used to drinking stuff with caffeine in it, you may be getting a headache from not having caffeine. Just wait a day or two and try again.

idk what would cause this, since i have never heard of someone getting sick from green tea. It must be something in there you are allergic to but you do not realize it.

Are you drinking it on an empty stomach? I always feel nauseous when I drink green tea first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Have a little something to eat before you enjoy your tea.
The other thing it may be is if you are drinking a whole lot of it suddenly it could be having a detox effect which will cause headaches and nausea at times.

although, green tea has many health benefits, it contains caffeine. it could be too strong for you. i've always bought the flowers, so it's a more "pure" form. try the ones in the bags and opt for decaf if you can find it.
