I’m trying to lose maybe 10 - 15 pounds and i heard that drinking green tea will boost your metabolism and help lose weight. Is this true? If anyone has any suggestions please answer.
by the way, i work out everyday. jogging whenever i get home. so will the green tea help + my regular workouts?

You can drink green tea any time of day and it will boost your metabolism. You could drink a tall glass of water before eating to help you feel full faster, and in between meals drink green tea.

i think a better bet would to go for a 10 min walk after every meal, honestly.
green tea might have weight-loss effects, some trials and research may suggest. it probably has as much an effect as drinking caffeine.

You lose weight by eating fewer calories then you burn. Plain and simple.

why dont you try runinig and other sport

No it doesn't. A nice walk around the block a few times would do it. More exercise would do it. Physical workouts are the ONLY thing that will make a girl lose weight. Ride your bike for a hour a day.
That is what I did to lose weight. Plus the Special K challege. It really works! I was soooo surprised that it did.
