I workout 5 days a week at the gym. I don’t eat fast food or junk food i am just looking for something I can drink that will help boost my weight loss. Will green tea help? also can cider vinager pills help?

I think green tea does aid weight loss in a small amount but it is not a weight loss miracle. That said, it is very healthy to drink and it would be worth it even if it didn’t speed up your metabolism.

You can try Chinese red tea it helps reduce fat and cholesterol. It’s called Pu-ehr. Good luck
