Tea will not flatten your belly. Your entire diet needs to be healthy.

green tea has been proven to speed weight loss, but i dont know about this flavored stuff. just drink regular green tea and it should do the trick.

Yes Shannon, if you add exercise and do away with the sugar. It also will do countless other healthy things for you. Don't leave home without it, for I have been using it for over two years.

Green tea has many positive health properties, including containing phytochemicals that may positively impact heart disease, cancer, and other conditions. However, while green tea has been marketed as a weight-loss supplement, it is generally believed that the effect it has on the body is due to appetite suppression. Thus, if you take green tea and eat the same or more food than you would without, or do not include the tea in a balanced and healthy diet that includes regular exercise, then you will see no effects of the drink. Additionally, in all studies using green tea or green tea extracts, there were no additional ingredients (except caffeine) that would be found in the commercially available flavored products.
In short, drinking green tea might suppress your appetite, but it is not a magic cure for losing weight. Research studies have shown that the effect of green tea on weight loss in overweight individuals is inconclusive. However, combining this with an already healthy diet will have wonderful effects on health. a little, but not enough to make a drastic difference. if anything, dont eat any carbs after 3pm and try cutting back on your total calories by 15o-20o each week until you reach your ideal weight, then maintain your new calorie level.
