Anything that helps detox the system, green tea, cranberry juice, super green, etc. will help rid you of nicotine and the other pollutants left in your system after years of smoking. You should be aware that as you cleanse your system you may suffer odd mood tilts and even some deep swings - for that you may want to consider a supplemental serotonin enhancer like “Serenity” to help keep you even keeled and prevent you going back to smoking to “fix” it. Also some people have found sucking on hard candy like lemon drops when they really :need” a cigarette.Good Luck!
