yes, the antioxidants in green tea are not tied to the caffiene

Yes, I'm assuming by benefits you mean the antioxidents and EGCG.

It would be MUCH better to stick with the green tea. It has antioxidants. But caffeine is BAD FOR YOU. Caffeine affects EVERY ORGAN in the body (including the skin.) Fat cells build around your organs (so basically, around your whole body), to try and prevent the caffeine from getting to the organs.
