i haven't tried the tea you mentioned but i use green tea and i've been so happy with it that i haven't wanted to try anything else. i'm gonna star your question lol so i can see what e1 else says b/c now i kinda want to know too :).

Anyone who tells you different is just trying to rip you off. The only way to do it is to eat less, exercise more, and keep doing it for life!
