Have seen a couple of adverts on the net for this chinese tea that claims to helps lose fat by drinking 2 cups a day, has anyone tried it or heard about it??

I am afraid just like the weight loss claims for the other 2 million so called aids it is useless. There are absolutely no quick fixes. If there were the average Brit would not have a BMI of 27 ( Normal no more that 25!) and 25% of Brits would not be obese. We would get on a whole lot better if a few more people accepted the odvious and the inevitable conclusion, EAT LESS DO MORE!
Combine a modest reduction in calorie intake with regular vigorous exercise.

may be you don't believe, but I think it's true that wu Yi can help, not wu long. It is because my Dad and Mom have tried it and it seems work. and also it isn't expensive, they bought it in China, it costs about hong kong dollas 100, and thats not very much

Hi,the only wat to lose weight is to eat less & do plenty of walking.it worked for me.I ate plenty of fruit & veg.Good Luck
