now im feeling absolutly gastly. could they be congeiling in my stomach and making me feel this way or is it likely to be something else doing it? i cant be sick today, im going to a concert ive been hanging out to go to for months. please help!

honestly i doubt the combo of these two things made you sick..

that said there is the possibility that you did get some bad yogurt.. the other possibility is that your having a case of nerves..

a quick fix would be to grab some pepto or tums..
drink a big glass of water to give your stomach a break as tea and yogurt are both acidic.. and try to relax!

its the green tea!all by itself! i hear so much about the healthiness of green tea and ive tried many times to drink it,but i just cant-every time i try it,i get the worst nausea/heartburn EVER!!!! it makes me feel so bad.i cn drink regular tea,no problem, but something about green just makes me sick to my stomach.fortunately, regular black tea is healthy as well.

Yikes! It all depends on your body. Try something salty to calm your nasuea (I always had some sea salt - just a tad) and I also drank spiced apple cider - the kind that comes in a packet and you add to hot water. That has always helped me when I am feeling sick.
